Inspired by the ancient poetic form Keh Murkani, this piece captures a playful exchange between two girls. One describes something in mysterious, romantic terms, leading the other to ask, “Ai Sakhi Sajaan?” (“Oh friend, is it your love?”). The answer, "Na Sakhi” (“No, friend”), reveals the description was of an ordinary object all along. This spirited back-and-forth brings humor, charm, and intrigue to the music.
