Voice 1, Voice 2, Piano, Violin, String Bass, Body Percussion — Written to emulate a hoe-down style, Barn Dance is a fun, energetic piece for choirs of all levels and abilities. For added audience enjoyment, consider adding costuming such as hats, boots, bandannas, etc. in addition to choreography during the instrumental sections.Body percussion throughout is optional. Directors should feel free to pick and choose which sections they would like to perform based on the choir’s ability. Most importantly, have fun! Written to emulate a hoe-down style, Barn Dance is a fun, energetic song for treble choirs of all levels and abilities.
