Toccata for Piano

Description

In the opening section Presto sostenuto, the toccata utilizes a sharp and piercing harmonic vocabulary. The middle Larghetto section is a moment of reflection. The final Risoluto section provides a closing to the toccata using the same dissonant devices found earlier in the work. The entire piece lasts about 4 minutes.
