Reverie and Country Dance

Description

REVERIE AND COUNTRY DANCE was written at the behest of Steve Taylor, Band Director for the Hillsdale Schools in Jeromesville, Ohio. The schools were hosting a career day and a performance by Jeffrey Rathbun, a member of the oboe section of the Cleveland Orchestra, was to be part of the event. This work was to be a part of that program and was written to be accessible to young players while still maintaining the interest of more advanced musicians.
