Composer Bob Mintzer is a major force in today's jazz world. He is a renowned saxophonist/composer/arranger/band leader and member of the group The Yellowjackets. This chart is based on the Yellowjackets recording of Mofongo from their Mint Jam CD. Interesting colors and textures throughout this chart make it contemporary yet accessible.
