Here is a list of various local Music Festivals happening in the coming months. Select the festival you will be attending and the repertoire will appear. Select the music you wish to purchase from the list and click Add to Cart.
Mid-States Sheet Music is happy to partner with Dr. Tim Sexton at East Central College for our 2026 Choral Festival. Festival details are as follows:
-Ensembles will have the opportunity to perform 2-3 works (not to exceed 20 minutes total).
-Ensembles must provide three original copies of the music performed for the adjudicators. Measures should be numbered.
-Participants will receive a short clinic from one of the adjudicators following their performance.
-No ratings or grades are provided. The aim of this festival is to provide an educational opportunity and to support area choirs.
-Performance will be recorded and provided to the directors of each ensemble, within two weeks following the festival.

*The registration fee is $150 per ensemble. Standard methods of payment are accepted including School Purchase Order.
*Invoices, Credit-Memos, Performance & Warm-up scheduling, Parking, Participation, Registration details will be provided by separate notification.
*To help offset the cost to participating organizations, Mid-States Sheet Music will provide a $25 in-store credit per ensemble for up to two school groups. The maximum in-store credit per organization is $50.
*In-store credit will be applied to each participating school’s Mid-States Sheet Music account upon receipt of the registration fee.
*Space is limited to 12-15 choirs for the 2025-26 session.
